combi system - flushing out

Combi boiler - no hot water unless heating circuit is pressurized. Me with limited time and summer will be approaching. Need to flush the whole system out - possibly removing raditators etc.

What is the smallest heating "circuit" that can be pressurised to make the boiler safely work ?

Any problem with adding a tiny circuit (just a pipe ?) that can be brought in with valves and pressurised to keep the combi working for hot water when then main central heating system is in various states of dismantlement ? It seems as obvious as a filling loop to me. Anyone done this ? The central heating loop will obviously not be used (knob removed, taped down etc)

- return temps would be too high with such a small circuit.

Cheers, Simon.

A pipe from out to in, and the boiler to hot water mode only.

YMMV, but my Alpha combi was fine with the heating curcuit shut off at the isolators on the boiler when it HW-only mode.
