Drill the appropriate size hole and then just push the switch in, it has spring clips o the side.
Can anyone suggest how these switched should be mounted?

They look quite slim and have side connections so might be what I am looking for but I can't see how they are supposed to be mounted.
Brief research suggests a 20mm diameter circular hole.

No, it's not like that, you're thinking of standard round rocker switches and this most definitely isn't like one of them.
Might be useful, thanks, rather expensive though!
