Just a small point. I've used body filler a couple of times to prop up wonky WCs on tiles. Rock solid, even in the smallest of gaps (which I assume yours are). Pack out at a couple of points round the base, put the filler in between, then do the bits where the packing was. Trim with a Stanley blade while still in its "cheese" state. Too much movement in silicone for my liking. I've recently discovered plastic plant labels as packing pieces. 1mm thick and a nice convenient size for snapping off. Better than the wooden stirrers from Mc Donalds that TMH suggested :-)
