Bizarre door to door

I had somebody call round from a similar outfit. Oh!, I said, you are the chaps who prance around the roof with a jet washer and no safety kit. The guy claimed all their people wore proper safety harnesses, (clipped to what?) but at that point I declined further information.

Is this a franchise type company .There are a couple of guys stay in my street ( Glasgow) and I'm sure that's what's the name on their vans ...they do several different things incl gutter cleaning ..

Seen some done on tiled roofs, leaves a very attractive painted finish, rather like painted brickwork, ;). Not in the same league as the 'Ogdens' stone cladding on Corrie, but not far off.

There's one touting for business round here claiming to put on a coating to rectify porous tiles. I don't beleive them but some seem to have accepted their blurb.
