beware amazon sequel

After much persistant rooting around I finally got a chat with a live Amazon employee. Today I got a full refund from the Chinese supplier. Some lucky charity is going to get a good warm winter coat

Yes, much as I suspected. I've always found them very helpful, but they seldom want the goods back. There is a lot to be said for employing the odd human being on customer services rather than the current trend of FAQ files and chatbots that waste your time. Brian

SWMBO managed to buy the wrong flavoured scotch at £25.

Initially it was "this can't be returned". Clicked on the "help with this" button, and a minute later the system had created a refund and said we don't need to return the product.

So that's a free *sherry* flavoured Glen Moray. As a rule I'm not a sherry man. I wonder if being free changes that :) ?

What I should have got (but SWMBO eyes are f***ed) is Chardonnay cask- flavoured Glen Moray. Truly the tipple of the gods.
