Just buy a small "fencer". ie the energiser unit for a live stock control electric fence. Very low drain, with enough kick to decidedly unpleasant.

Short of energising the whole car suitably isolating certain parts might be tricky. There may also be the risk that any one "accidentally" coming in contact may take exception to getting the shocks and shove a brick through the windscreen or WHY.

Wonky pedia says that stocks are probably still legal in the UK. But it's narrow line between "public humilation" and "cruel and unusual punishment".

Maybe not, but at least a little more likely to be true than something just mentioned on a web forum somewhere.

UK motorhomes tend not to have 'black' tanks. Those that do certainly don't have caps that are likely to be confused for a fuel cap.

The fresh water cap could be (perhaps) confused.

There is no shortage of dubious stories re campervans/motorhomes ('knockout gas' being fed into roof vents is a common one).

So are most things on Channel 5.
