take it top up clear antifreeze is diluted with water...
I take it clear top up antifreeze is diluted 50/50 with water ? ...
Usually seems to be sold that way nowadays.
you used to buy 5l and diluted it but top must mean it is already diluted ? .....
At £1 per bottle, it's probably the water part of a 50/50 antifreeze mixture....
no I think they priced it wrong in asda a couple of years ago so I bought the lot....
Does it have any specs on the label, Jimbo?
It is a bit small to read but no mention of it being diluted...I will have another look when I get home....
Does it freeze uncles as well?
you saw what I did there then ...
And which part of "Ready mixed" don't you understand?
Tim
Some come prediluted, some you add water. Read the label!
if it's unclear then surely it will be already diluted. Poundland no longer has it for £1 a gallon.
that bit.....
Bluecol Universal Antifreeze & Coolant 1L Bluecol is a universal top-up antifreeze/coolant which is suitable for use in all modern vehicles (both petrol and diesel) providing protection to -36.C at 50% dilution rate.
doesn't say...why do you think I am here ? .....
where did tim go ? ....
So you are buying water. Seems a bit odd, but maybe the makers know the great public will c*ck it up if they did not. Brian
