I stumbled upon this site over the christmas break, and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them.
The only online shopping I have done before is with amazon, but I can't find the locks I need in any of the local locksmiths.

I've dealt with them in their former incantation of Walters Group and found them fine including phoning and asking for advice on a couple of issues.

Having had a look, does anyone know what is mean't by "back set" in relation to tubular latches?

I had to ask if the door furniture included the latches but it doesnt only the handles . Stuart
Isn't it the distance from the door edge to the centre of the spindle hole?

Try alt.locksmithing they may have had dealings with this company they will also be able to tell you what the "back set" is.
