Any advice with painters mate ?

Oct 04, 2003 1 Replies

I am using painters mate to fill in some small cracks/joins in a new skirting board, prior to glossing - does anyone have any advice with regard to using Painters Mate - someone once mentioned cleaning it off with washing up liquid !!

Any advice greatly received

Thanks

Rocyn

no need for washing up liquid, a washing up liquid/water mix is used in working with silicone sealants. For Painter's Mate, just fill the joins and tool flat with a wet tool and wipe over lightly with a damp sponge to finish.
