What is a netkkkop?
A small minded person who can't ignore a breach of nettiquette. Similar to a FAQ thumper. Netcops or the more racist term netkop frequent groups that have a high percentage of cranks posting in them. Quite often the only posts these netkoppen make are complaints about abuse.
