Ordered a bit from their site on Tuesday (just before a 500 quid Screwfix order that arrived yesterday)
Email from them just now;
-!- We have on file your order for £27.59 under the reference XXXX but unfortunately our system will not tell us what product you wanted. Could you please email me with the product code number & description so we can arrange shipment.

Just thought anyone thinking of using them for a time-critical order might want to move along elsewhere, since their site appears to be a bit useless. They do use a secure server for payment (barclays), but frame it so that your browser doesn't actually recognise it is https.
Since they didn't ask me until last thing on POETS day, I doubt it'll be shipped until next week.
