They’ve had an app for ages but nothing to do with the 10% discount.

Many people born of the 1950s and 1960s were able to buy their own homes, have gold plated final salary pension schemes, those that went to university had student grants....

Todays generation nopw have student debt/loans, cannot save up a big enough house deposit or even afford a mortgage, end up in rentsville, and they now have inferior money purchase pension schemes....

I would argue that the latter need a bit more support to enough what their older peers have enjoyed.

well I went in for the first time yesterday they gave me it but they also gave me a card and info on how to get the app....

I presume your parents got to pay. I had a reduced grant, but like me, you didn't have £30,000 or more in fees to pay back, did you?

or travel by train soon....I'm not a ludited but prefer to use my laptop and desk top for things.....1100 is just so convenient....you lot can carry about your digital identity card if you want...not me

spot on I bought my last three houses and I am of the opinion that social housing should never have happened and working for the council I saw it all......got a nice gold plated pension for the last 13 years and the state pension for the last five years....more money than I know what to do with.....so stuff all the people who are paying for it....you look after number 1 tuff s*it
