Nutty California judge awards 1.6M over 2x4s not being 2" by 4"

Panel Saw Plans??

There was a good plan for one in Shop Notes several years ago that is probably exactly what you're looking for. Well, I'm 90% sure it was Shop Notes, but maybe it was WoodSmith. Check the Shop Notes site and you should be able to find it.

Toolstation App for android

Each shop seems to have its own app. Why can't the user just go onto an internet browser and visit the shop's web site? What does an app do that a browser can't? Why install half a dozen apps for six shops when you could just run one browser? TIA

OT / subversive

Some stores give out cards (sort of like a credit card) with a barcode on it. Whenever you shop in the store you can get discounts or special prices on items if you used the card. The "Kroger Card" is a big one around here.
