have on chisel in the shop but it is too far gone to rescue but still has uses it is officially repurposed never to be a chisel

Don't know about Herc-U-lift, but Woodworker's supply has HTC mobile bases: They also have Shop Fox and possibly others (that was a 2 minute look)
