Some small shops have self-fulfilled cash machines where the shop takes the money from the till and puts it in their cash machine for the customer to take out and spend it in the shop. Owain

So your relatives can pile it all into black bags and try and carboot it and then end up taking it to the charity shop after its been in their garage for 6 months. They won't bother to wash your clothes before they send them either. I like looking.

Anyway, I like having a Syrian cake shop, a Syrian restaurant, and a Syrian barbers. Before the Syrian cake shop arrived, a Greggs fudge doughnut was the height of patisserie sophistication within 40 miles.

Portable air conditioner with stored settings.

This week I went in to yet another shop with a self-contained large noisey fan portable AC machine, pushing cold air one way and hot air in another direction.

Special delivery (signed for post) is pointless

Just inside the entrance to the shop was the latest delivery by one of the package carriers. I could have just have had my pick of the packages left there and exited the shop within seconds.

And the Verdict is...

Actually , we have a 12x21 metal carport in the back yard that I bought last year as an addition to my shop . It will be disassembled and move with us . Fairly simple matter to close it in and use it for storage/shop space , but I'll want a slab poured before I move it .

question about paralleling air compressors

I have a 5 hp Sanborn compressor with air piped around my shop. I'm happy with the setup but would like a tad more capacity. I also have a 3 hp compressor sitting around doing nothing at the moment. Does anyone see any issue with me just paralleling the 3hp and 5 hp compressors.
