OT - rechargeable virual debit card for phone?

I'd imagine it would be almost impossible to get your debit card from the phone without fac ID on my Apple. Its apparently not stored on device, only in the cloud, so one assumes that a shop inside a faraday cage might not accept Apple Pay! Brian

Ridgid shop vac's $40 off (sort of)

I just wanted to point out that Home Depot is having a promotion where you get a $40 gift card if you buy a Ridgid shop vac that is $70 or greater. I picked up a WD1245 ($70) this evening. It is surprisingly quiet! Crafted with pride in Canada just like the Stryker.

Frost Free Faucets

If you have a machine shop. If you have access to a machine shop, it'd probably be easier to make a frost free faucet from scratch tho. Frankly, in situations like this, I think you're better off with a traditional inside shutoff and integrated bleeder. Less things to go ...

OT - Current House Purchase Behaviour

Having a house for sale, I am undecided as to whether it is better to go for a local agent with a "shop" in the village where the house is located, or an agent 10 miles away that is recommended and more pro-active.

preventing parking

Just a thought, but buy a couple of those plastic dog turds from a joke shop and glue them to the road surface. It's amazing how far people will go to avoid parking on dog do-do! And especially if they think they might have to walk in it as they get out of the car.....
