Any proper plumbing shop will have box spanners for this job, set of 3 inc tommy bar arouns a £5.

The little U-bolt clamps in Countrywide or any farm shop aren't too bulky (a bit like miniature exhaust clamps)

I've found Pound Shop little bottles not too bad. 3 for a quid. I've used the same bottle for months.
