She has gone from a very simple tiny shop to building a very Large shop in what appears to be the Texas Hill Country. She was involved, putting in a lot of sweat equity along with friends and husband on all of her projects.
I too have a Neff oven similar to yours and was able to purchase a replacement element from a 'Parts shop'. The outfit stocked lots of parts for most(?) manufacturers' appliances.
I only discovered the pin was missing after making about 5 crosscuts and seeing that each had a different version of 90 degrees =:~0 Jet is sending me some new pins (.48 US but after a bit of conversation about postage costing more than the pins they're sending them free).

Tyre places seem to have 3 prices Cheapest - Shop and pay on-line and then turn up. Mid-price - Phone up first to obtain the price. Just make sure that its an all inclusive price as if you don't ask the bill may contain extras such as valve, balancing and VAT.
Called Delta and they shipped all missing parts except the dust bag, free of charge. I figure I can hook it up to the shop vac, and I'll never miss the dust bag.
There's an aga shop in Ringwood, if that's anywhere near you, and I'm sure there will be a website for repairs etc. I doubt if there is much about an aga that is user fixable, but of course feel free to prove me wrong. Steve
I was over at the BORG (HD) today and noticed that they have a buy-one-get-one-free deal on those one handed bar clamps (forgot the brand name). I have two in my shop and they are pretty nice. The 12" one was about $20 ($10 with the rebate.) Pretty hard to pass up.
I wouldn't have kept the 1.5 version in my shop if it were free. Seriously. dave
