OT: Google Maps navigation problems

We wanted to find the nearest Tesco and both fired up Google Maps on our phones (his Android, mine Apple). It sent us off in completely opposite directions (!) Fired up Apple Maps which got it right.

apple seeds contain cyanide, eat enough seeds you die........ but the apple itself counteracts the seeds.

OT; WTF is a .vcf file?

I'm doing this most of the time when dingbats at the council attempt to send me outlook calendar files when I don't have Outlook or Apple I phone users who send me some bespoke apple attachment that is just gibberish. Brian

Google will hit soon I'm sure, and Apple already has their Apple TV platform, which I bought into about 3 times and still don't like it.
