I have a motor with a1/2 " shaft. I removed a pulley wheel with a keyway from the shaft, now, I would like to mount a wire brush/wheel onto that shaft. What do i do?

If your wire brush wheel's tight to the shaft, then just match the pulley you took off and notch it...may work best with threaded arbors due to superior arbor material and dimension. Or, in some cases you can drill and bolt the wire brush wheel to the pulley. Then, you can search for a proper wire brush wheel intended to be keyway mounted, if still needed or desired.
