Not sure if anyone can help but lately I have been getting a small amount (about a spoon full) of what I can only describe as 'brown water' coming out of the back of my boiler which is starting to stain the kitchen bench. I have looked for any signs of leaks but I cannot see anything. This usually happens about once every few days and I can see no pattern to it, except, I think, it's only happening when the boiler starts up after beening off for a few hours.
I have had people look at it but its the 'no fault found' problem when they are looking.
any ideas ?
