Behr Ultra Premium Wicked Awesome Kick Ass, (whatever it's called) Home Depot's most expensive. It's been the leader of ratings for over a decade and it still holds true. However, you want to apply it with a Paint Pad, for 15 or more year durability. Rolling or Brushing doesn't force the paint into the wood's primed pores and you'll only be lucky to see 7-years from those methods.
