Can one use TSP (trisodium phosphate) to clean treated wood before staining? Does the TSP remove the treatment from the wood?

No tsp cleans dirt , doesnt remove the Arsenic. To clean it good get a deck cleaner like Olympic. It contains a bleach and an acid, necessary to really clean. Tsp only does dirt it wont really clean it.
