The interior supposedly needs a bit of an update.

"The 12-bedroom Greenwich, Connecticut, house is currently owned by timber industrialist John Rudey." There are still "industrialists" out there? What are they (if they could not simply be called businessmen)? This is exactly the type of err... home... that industrialists' descendants used to donate to their municipalities because of the crushing costs of repair and maintenance. And the profound lack of the need for 12 bedrooms of course. Does Greenwitch, CT need a new 50 acre park/museum? Does Mr. Rudey need a tax deduction? Sounds like a good solution for both.
