wife wanted the ornamental birdWife wanted an ornamental hose bib, but I hate the twisty stuff. I only go for the ball valve shutoffs nowadays.
She also wanted dual hoses, to go both ways, but Home Depot didn't have any one-piece dual valve hose bibs, so I had to improvise to keep her happy, and to ensure that the all-important ball valve shutoff existed.
The nipple seems to be copper colored, which I was surprised at, as I thought we're not supposed to connect copper to brass.
Nonetheless, it spun off nicely and the new parts went on nicely. o I had to turn the ball valve shutoff 90 degrees to the side though.
