I bought a Stanley shower enclosure, but the back panel sides are uneven. Whats the best way cut the panel even.

More info required. What do you mean by "uneven"? Pictures help. What material? What needs to be cut?
Imagine that you are us out here on the ole interwebs. Do you think that you could answer your question based on the information provided?
Assuming it's the backside that's the issue, probably easier to shim what it fits against.
