I wanted to get a 3-battery charger and two batteries. My battery is 40605VNM and charger OP408VNM
I'm guessing I need OP407A and 2x OP4060A. Am I correct?
HD salesman said buy the battery online, it's cheaper. But Ryobi web redirects to HD. ANd they ask $175. Is that the lowest price? Generics (that don't blow up)?
PS, they now claim using a fluoride electrolyte instead of one that uses water (hence makes explosive oxygen by electrolysis) prevents runaway fires. But my hunch is the carbon electrode embers cause reignition.
