Rowenta steam iron, model DM870, not working at all. Light doesn't even turn on and I checked the power cord and it's fine. There's a circuit board under the handle cover and it looks to be in tact, but not sure how to test that to make sure. Any ideas? Thanks
I assume you used a voltmeter to check continuity in the cord. While doing that, did you bend & twist the cord to see if there's an intermittent break somewhere, most likely near one of the ends?
