What could they hack? It's BP medicine, statin and acid reducer. All cheap generics that everyone and their sister takes.>

You can keep your cheaper, lower quality fish oil with your cheap clothes washer. The krill oil does have a bit better EPA/DHA ratio than some fish oils, but nowhere near as good as the Pro EPA. I'm all for saving money, but not at the expense of quality. My Sam's membership expires next month and will never be bought again. Everything about Costco is better than Sam's, and if I occasionally buy some of the poor quality Sam's gas, I can do that because of my Walmart+ membership.

There's more personal information on there than you think.

2004 Whirlpool Duette pairing - still going strong:

Absorption and Digestion

Krill oil: Contains omega-3s bound to phospholipids, which your body absorbs slightly easier than standard fish oil.

Krill oil tends to cause fewer "fishy burps" than regular fish oil.

Additional Benefits

Krill oil: Contains a natural antioxidant called astaxanthin.

Ow.

Their beef is indeed superior, the seafood too.

My great-grandmother lived to 99, and smoked cigars and drank bourbon. Like I wrote, my Whirlpool Duet failed.

Everything, down to the pizza at their cafes. I don't buy beef there because we are a family of two.

Where oh where should we crosspost this one?

Hmmm...

22 years and all it asks is some drumb cleaner for the gasket that gets stinky.

I heard they were of German manufacture.

Easier information aggregator.

Taking Krill oil saves me having to buy Astaxanthin separately.

I never eat when shopping, so...

It's usually the best price on prime, even for two.

Here's what AI has to say about that.

******* Astaxanthin in Krill Oil vs. Clinical Doses In Krill Oil: Most commercial krill oil capsules provide about 0.04 mg to 0.5 mg (40–500 mcg) of astaxanthin. Clinical Recommendation: Most clinical studies show that daily health benefits from standalone astaxanthin require 4 mg to 12 mg.The Gap: A standard krill oil dose provides less than a tenth of the astaxanthin used in targeted antioxidant clinical trials. Its primary role in natural krill oil is often providing color and basic stability rather than high-dose antioxidant therapy. *******

Krill oil contains 1/100 the clinical dose of astaxanthin.
