Hello,
I have a metal cart where the two tires are held onto the shaft using these "push-on" type of fasteners.
The kind with the prongs all the way around so they can move in only one direction.

half-way down the page)Horrible method of holding the tires on, as there is no good way to remove them to put on a new tire, easily.
Anyone have any hints on how to get these things off of the shaft ?
