Owl helps with rodent control

The owl does watch Fenimore's small dog. Wonder what owl-thoughts are crossing its mind?

If he isn't making a mess, he's either not controlling local rodents or not using the daytime hidey hole where they're seeing him as his roosting spot for dissecting his nocturnal snacks... :)
