When I was younger I toyed with moving to Australia but the immigration requirements were quite restrictive. I guess you give Asians a free pass.

My friend moved to New Zealand from the UK easily about 15 years ago. B= ut then he was marrying someone who lived there.
I've seen dogs that vicious, but not cats. Cats always leave very quickly when kicked or punched.
One of my sons emigrated to Oz. Because the Australian woman he married wanted to stay there. It was quite a hassle.
The cat was most def trying to leave. First I had to get a door open. Barn cats do not understand the concept of politely waiting for you to open the door. They want to make it happen NOW!
Yeah, there was that whole Commonwealth thing. The one we abruptly left in 1776. Canada was into that. iirc if you were a Jamaican you were golden, US citizen not so much.
That always helps.
We havent ever done it like that, particularly with the non white ones.
Even now, no preference for commonwealth countrys.
