OT Verizon confusion

No, unfortunately you will not be able to get the previous date. However, if you don't like the new payment date, you can select a new one that works better for you using the My Fios app or signing into My Verizon."
So you "will not be able to get the previous date" but you can change it. Since there are no more than 31 days in a month isn't there a pretty good chance you can get your previous date back?
