What is considered trashy if you are poor, but classy if you are rich?

I'm not convinced that it is considered classy if you are rich and most of the rich don?t get money from the govt.
Yes, but hardly any of them are the rich.
Depends on what you call rich. The top 30 in congres are worth over 10 million.

But its far from clear that many of those are fiddling their expenses.
And no one considers that classy anyway.
