Stuck inside because of a blizzard? I think Amazon Prime members get to watch this for free. It's a funny show. Chevy Chase is the dad, Clark Griswold. Beverly D'Angelo plays Mrs. Griswold. It does have examples of what not to do while installing Christmas lights.

I like the cat chewing on the Xmas tree lights and what happens to the yuppy neighbor when she knocks on the door.
The other classic holiday movie I like is Planes, Trains and Automobiles with John Candy and Steve Martin. When they rent that car and wind up going down the highway in the wrong direction is priceless.
