.. for ~ 3 million ?

It's about 921,000 U.S. if I did the conversion right. I think a Canadian dollar equals $0.75 U.S.
.. paved road ; 7 minute drive from Blue Mountain major ski resort ; .. less than 2 hours from Toronto ... geeeze snap 'er up ! John T.
Tried to bid but my Visa credit limit did not cover it as I have a $1 million limit.
1 million US would be pretty close !
.. and you do not need to have the money - ... just a good credit rating !
.. in my area - less than 2 hours from this - vacant decent farm land would sell for a million for 100 acres - no ski resorts ... just farm land. John T.
I wish you'd posted this earlier. I was just transferring some money to my checking account, but it's already sold
SOLD
1,273,000.00 CAD This item SOLD at 2020 Oct 02 @ 19:55UTC-4 : AST/EDTThat's 7:55PM for the rest of us. And I looked at 8:06.
If you'd posted this ealier, I could have had it and I'd have invited most of you over for a week or two.
What's a drive shed. It's not a garage in Canadian because it has a
3-car garage.
Sale over. Just under $955,000. U.S. There isn't much farm ground for sale in my area so I couldn't get a decent comparison. The one I did find was listed for $6,500/acre. No buildings but pivot irritated.
Really surprised that property went that cheap. If the winning bidder puts it on the market - not by auction, in the spring he COULD almost double his money
without buildings I've seen them go for more.
AKA an implement shed - a long building open across the front, usually with overlapping sliding doors
Ulysses Nebraska population 171
Toronto ... well .. .. pretty much The Centre Of The Universe .. :-)
.. and slightly more multi-cultural than Butler County Nebraska pop. 8000
"The racial makeup of the county was 98.38% White"
This just popped up on my facebook feed this am:
Also the other day I looked up an old coworker living in Virginia and he has house and 139 acres valued at 1.3 million.
I was a few years ago that a neighbor passed on and his house an 22 acres sold for $600,000.
I'll admit it's nicer than Buffalo but that's a damn low bar.
Did you notice the phone booth in the picture? Superman is still welcome.
Most of my neighbors are white, a fair number of Hispanic, and one black family. The kids in the black family must be kindergarten age or a little older. Everything is new to them and no lack of energy.
I don't picture the demographics of most Nebraska counties changing. Farms and ranches are passed down from one generation to the next. It's just too expensive to start.
Like in the picture, even in the 50's most booths had glass doors. When he changes clothes in a phone booth, can't people still see what he's doing?

I'm sorry I couldn't find these details on the page. Maybe they were removed after the sale?
