OT According to NBCnews the Footblall Hall of Fame has a 5-year old policy that others can't give speeched for dead inductees. So what dooes that mean? They just give his name and 10 seconds later go on to someone else?

That was because they didn't want Junior Seau's daughter talking about his suicide allegedly caused by the traumatic brain injuries he suffered during his time with the NFL:

He has been inducted posthumously so he can't quite give his own acceptance speech.
