How to remove old GE microwave

I have a jvm1339 GE spacemaker XL that has given up the ghost. Trying to get it out, but am perplexed. It's the style of mount that has two internal arms extending from a bracket against the back wall. It slides about and inch then hits a hard stop. Ideas?

"I had one of these and mine had two slotted screw heads behind the grill above the door, these were long bolts that screwed into a steel plate bolted to the wall. The bottom of the oven was hooked over a lip on this plate. CARFULL... when the two screws(blots) are removed the oven will fall forward, it must be supported while doing this."

Maybe I'm thinking only of kitchen drawers, but when they stop coming out, lifting them a little will get them past the bump.

The 3rd video mentions your model by name. Well, it wasn't too much help but it's only 52 seconsan dit does have a picture of the bracket.
