(Golf) Wayne Player is catching heat for holding a sleeve of golf balls in a way that you can read the box.

Really? Golf? These nancy boys are marked up like NASCAR drivers with different logos from various companies that sell golf stuff on their hats, shoes and shirts. His dad is wearing a PXG hat and the golf bag looks like a NASCAR race car with several different product logos and names. Is this just because he didn't pay the PGA for the spot?

Understand, but there is a time and place for everything. It really was tacky to do that in a more formal situation. Like the formal wedding photos, you'd not want the best man holding a sign promoting Pornhub.

There's a time and place for product placement ... Mr. Player shamed his family with this one. John T.

I had recently heard of a logo on boxing shorts paying the fighter $100,000 and also found this:

I'll put your name on my shorts for 10 bucks.

Depends where you intend to exhibit it. Might be worth it.

I barely noticed the sleeve of balls among all the other products being promoted in that shot. Gary wasn't wearing a "Masters" hat like everyone else but they didn't screw with him.
