Some town in the US with a lot of Irish immigrants got its first traffic light ..... ..... and the red was on top and the green on the bottom, and they didn't like that the green was on the bottom so they rearranged the lights.

It doesn't surprise me, Irish are a bunch of drunks. Most would prolly drive through the light regardless of what color it was.
