OP - you don't come close to providing enough information for anyone to even take a wild guess about the cost. Some factors that need to be considered, but certainly not all of them, are;
Where are you? How close to existing plumbing is the desired new floor drain? What sort of construction - wood frame, commercial, masonry, etc? Is this going to be in a finished area and how much existing finish (drywall, plaster, etc) has to be removed and reinstated? etc., etc., etc.

depends on your home and wether yoiu connect it to a sewer, or drain downstairs to a convenient place like a washtub or floor drain
