if one wants to build in California. State Farm is following AIG insurance and not accepting new policies. AIG might've just quit insuring at all. I'm not clear on that.
I saw another article about how the coast line in some places is crumbling. I think that's not new but it musst be faster than usual. People in isla something are losing their patios. W. Cliff St. has to be closed at places.
