Mandate a maximum oven temperature of 200ºF. On second thought, if
200 is good, 100 is twice as good.
The same thing will happen if you put an unopened can of Campbell's soup in an oven.
Even worse, the moron recommended that one get a double-barreled shotgun for protection. Then, if you hear something, go outside and fire it, twice, in the air to scare off any intruder. Obviously he's incapable of putting his first action and second together to see the obvious result.
You expect otherwise from Old Uncle Joe?
Have schools inspect them every year, to make sure they're locked up.
