Need help!! Lately my dish washer finishes the wash cycles and there is an inch or so of water left in the bottom of the washer that is not pumped out. Anyone with any answers as to why this would happen and any fix that would cure the problem?

Muff, decides to chip in.
All Dishwashers have drains that get clogged specially if you don't rinse the crud off. You might check the drain. One other problem could be the pump.
