Hi all.
New Simpson dishwasher, around 6 months old, great machine and plenty of good use.
Just that when I open her up now, even after a wash, it smells of a rubbish bin.
Sprayed vanilla spray n wipe in there last week, helped a little, but still smells. uugh!
Ideas?
A scented bleach product will make it smell better and kill any germs and bacteria.

Place a small dish of cider vinegar in there and leave for a few hours or overnight.
Does it have a filter that is supposed to be cleaned periodically? Now may be the time.
Have seen posts suggesting citric acid for a cycle, lemon soft drink powder.
