What is the difference between corrugated fiberglass sheet and white transparent corrugated sheet? Are the specification of the materials same?

The clear stuff is probably polycarbonate, not fiberglass.

Fiberglass is translucent at best. Transparent would be a polycarbonate of acrylic sheet. Ask for specs.
What are you going to use it for?
