my cool operator Jr is not working how can i check which one is broken. The fan is rotating when i move it.

This is s fan.

With a vom, a volt-ohn meter. The cheapest are under 20 at HomeDepot.

But this is fine for $6

there's a store near you. I don't know if they ship

Here's one for $14 including S&H.

IN the old day the problem would most likely be the plug, but they may have improved.
