I think that Mag might still sell 4 or 5 D cell lights. I've seen them on web sites, for sale. Makes good building check lights.

Not out for days and usually hunt afternoons where I return to the car in the dark and sometimes considerable time after dark on a blood trail.
Next week I'll be out all day for a couple of days on a federal refuge. One stand is a mile from the car. Carrying a pack, heavy clothes and boots along with shotgun, every pound counts to this septuagenarian.
