A square mile is supposedly 640 acres for perspective. It's actually about 620 3/4 acres of farm ground after one takes out space for roads and such.

It looks like you'd have to bring your own bulls. BYOB. Cows, too. It's advertised has a horse ranch.

. It looks like there is plenty of work for a do it yourself type. There must be something there that needs fixin'.

Well horses would be good. Maybe I could race them. I'd have to lose some weight.

If you race the horse, take the inside rail and make the horse go around you. The running will help you lose weight.
