Got an email saying they have a discount so I decided to order a new filter which seemed expensive $51 with discount.
Then saw $16 shipping!
Sheesh
Same thing on eBay for $40 with free shipping.
I looked in my settings and saw I at one time had an account with them... they required the most secure P/W of any site I've been to.
It's now expired and I will not order from them
So rather that open another eBay account or retries your password you will pay $27 more? Is there something in your post that I missed?
Maybe that the secure pwd was at Aprilaire and that's who he won't order from? That's the way I took it.

I had an Aprilaire account in 2015 which apparently expired.
With Firefox I can unhide passwords and I remembered that when I created the account I had to have several special characters.
At any rate I am not going to create a new account
Oh I meant it was my Aprilaire account the expired.
My eBay account is fine
Next time I need a filter I'll get it on eBay.
Have a new one in there now so no rush
My faith in humanity is restored.
Seems I can never say anything without mixing it all up.
I am even worse when I am driving.
